Step by step using the application is as follows:

1. Install this application from a computer using Microsoft ActiveSync.

2. After installation, open WebCamera Plus from your computer. Then follow the instructions, which connect the computer with the PDA or smartphone through Microsoft ActiveSync. This connection can use Bluetooth, infrared or USB.

3. Then open WebCamera Plus on your PDA or smartphone, press Start. WebCamera Plus will search your computer's IP.
